The HPC team is comprised of Former Navy SEALs, Former Military Fighter PilotsFirst Responder Operators, Medical Doctors, Exercise Physiologists, and Industrial Organizational Psychologists. We pride ourselves on being both practitioners and scholars in the arena of Human Performance and Leadership.

The HPC team is always standing by to help in any crisis situation.  Our team knows what it is like to operate in high risk environments and we have developed techniques and training programs that are both modular and configurable to any situation and to any high-risk or civilian client.

 

Meet the HPC team

Dr. Ed R. Naggiar

Founder

Dr Ed Naggiar holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. His area of expertise is performance under stress in extreme conditions. Dr. Naggiar's fascination in the performance of humans in stressful situations led him to a 20 year career as a U.S. Navy SEAL Officer, where he put his fascination to the test. His tours included SEAL Team ONE, SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team ONE, and Special Boat Team TWENTY TWO. He also served as a human experimental test subject at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit, testing the limits of human performance in extreme environments both in and out of the water. Dr. Naggiar has been a human performance consultant on Drilling Rigs, worked side by side with Correctional Officers in Florida teaching them about resilience, and serves as a Resilience Consultant for Law Enforcement and First Responders.  He is an avid Scuba Diver, Sky Diver, Stand Up Paddle Boarder, musician, photographer, father, and husband.


Dr. George Ramie

Medical Consultant

Dr. Ramie is a board certified physician who is responsible for all the “back bone” behind HPC instructional materials. His leadership and supervisory experience are unmatched. He functions as a leader in the medical staff of his community; assuring the quality and safety of patient care. He served as Department Chair, Chief of Staff of Gulf Coast Medical Center, and is currently serving as a Trustee on the board of Gulf Coast Medical Center. As senior medical consultant for HPC, he advises on matters of quality and safety in delivering the program.


Travis Williams

Exercise Physiologist

Travis Williams is a coach able to relate with a combination of operational and academic skills. He has a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention, a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and is a CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) through the NSCA. He holds dual personal trainer certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine and International Sports Science Association. Many other certifications include Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC), functional movements screen (FMS Level 2), self-defense instructor (ESP), just to name a few. Travis was active duty for over eight years as a SWCC (Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman) Operator.
